Bottles are filled by volume. Some bottle sizes may not be filled to the top, but do contain the volume of oil specified.

 

(A) To make an Essential Oil Dilution for Topical Application with the 0.5ML Bottle - you get 3 in one purchase:

1) Into one of the 1ML Bottles

• Add 2 drops each of 3 different Essential Oils
• OR 4 drops of Essential Oil A and 2 Drop of Essential Oil B
• OR 6 Drops of an Essential Oil Single or Synergy

2) Top up with 7 drops of Carrier Oil.

3) Cork the Bottle and swirl it around gently. Use your 1ml Pipette and pull a little of the Essential Oils equally into each of the other 2 Cork Bottles.

4) Top up each Cork Bottle with Carrier Oil.

 

(B) To make an Aromatherapy Inhaler, you can try different Essential Oil Blends

• Energy Boost: 8 Drops of a Citrus Essential Oil (Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Lime, Bergamot) or mix of one or more of these Essential Oils to total 8 drops. Add 1 - 2 drops of Peppermint or Rosemary 1,8 Cineole Essential Oils. Cork the bottle tightly, and swirl gently.
• Chill Pill: Same method as above, but add Plant Therapy Tranquil 10 drops or 6 drops of Tranquil + 4 drops of Lavender. These are some of the Essential Oil Singles which are known for their relaxing properties, which you can blend one or more together: Vetiver, Patchouli, Lavender, Bergamot.

HINT: When testing to find out if you like a blended scent, add 1 drop of each Essential Oil at a time.
