ESSENTIALS OILS YOU SHOULD NEVER USE | LIST OF DANGEROUS ESSENTIAL OILS

According to a report by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, in the United Kingdom, there are about 391,000 species of vascular plants currently known to science, of which about 369,000 species (or 94 percent) are flowering plants. That is... a lot.

Essential Oils are extracted from the different parts of plants, and today, there are about 130 different types of Essential Oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts. However, not all Essential Oils are produced for use by the layman consumer.

Below, we have a list of Essential Oils that are considered Hazardous, Dangerous and Toxic (this refers to the Essential Oil and not necessarily the botanical plant itself, eg garlic).

The benefits of Essential Oils comes from the reaction they create in our bodies which process the Essential Oils and respond accordingly.

However, the biological make-up of animals is quite different from humans, and Essential Oils that can be broken down with no problem by the human body, unfortunately can have adverse effects in animals instead.
