You can use any of the Plant Therapy Carrier Oils for Essential Oil Dilution, or even any other brand's Carrier Oils you may have at hand. The most commonly used Carrier Oils are Fractionated Coconut Oil, Grapeseed Oil and Jojoba Oil.

Plant Therapy has almost 20 different Carrier Oils - Carrier Oils have excellent properities on their own, so check what may most useful for you.

If in doubt, Fractionated Coconut Oil is the go-to for most, Grapeseed Oil is Lightweight and Antioxidant-rich which we suggest for Sensitive or Young Skins - but do note that Grapeseed Oil has a shorter shelf life of about 6 - 12 months, whereas Fractionated Coconut or Jojoba Oils for instance have up to 3 years.

So do consider your Volume and Frequency of Usage to decide your Carrier Oils too.
